About Me
My name is Jessica, and I am the wife to Brett, and mother to my wonderful children, Emma and Mason. Brett and I have been married for 9 years. Emma joined us 7 years ago, and Mason joined us 5 years ago.
Brett and I have been blessed with the opportunity to raise a child with special needs. It has been quite an adventure, and not one that will slow down anytime soon! It is our goal to find the good in every situation that is given to us. Sometimes it’s easier said than done.
I’ve started this blog to share our journey, and to journal our experiences of raising Emma. I want to encourage those who are raising a child with special needs, whether deep into their journey, or just starting out with a new diagnosis. I look forward to sharing the good and the bad, and hearing feedback from anyone who stops by!
